Booking Procedure
To book a place on the conference
Please complete the booking form and return to USHA Conference Administration with a cheque for the total amount. Invoices will not be raised.
ACCOMMODATION MUST BE BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL.

Additional night on the 27th may be booked at the same rate of £150.
A second person in the room will be an additional £10.
