DAY ROOM OPENING FOR SET UP CLOSE STAND
Monday 28th April Green zone: room 7 07:30 - 09:00 18:00 note: room must be vacated of personnel (9:30 - 12:00)
Tuesday 29th April Ocean Room 07:30 - 08:45 18:00 note: room will be cleared for Gala Dinner at 18:00
Wednesday 30th April Blue zone: room 2 07:30 - 09:00 13:00
What will be provided?
A table and chair.
