Annual Conference Joining Instructions

Dear Delegate,

These are the joining instructions for the USHA London Annual Conference 28-30 April 2008.

Please take the time to read this information carefully, as these instructions should answer any questions you may have.

In addition, on the Conference website you will find: the Timetable of Events and the hotel location details.

Conference Registration

On Monday 28 April the conference registration desk will be situated in the foyer of the Cumberland Hotel, which is through the main entrance. It will be open from 11.00 to 18.00.

After this time, the conference registration desk will be situated at the entrance to the Ocean Room.

Presenters and Chairs

If you are presenting a paper or chairing a session, there is a separate document for you to download on the website. Please read this carefully to prepare for your task.

Meals

Delegates must wear their conference badges to qualify for meals.

Lunch will be served in the Marketplace on Wednesday from 13:00to 14.00. Please take time to visit the sponsor session by Complywise in the Ocean Room.
 
An evening meal will be served at the Grange Holborn Hotel 19:00 to 21.00 on Monday 28th April for those will Full Conference or Monday Conference attendance packages only.

The Gala dinner on Tuesday 29th April will start with a champagne reception at 19:30 in the lobby to the Ocean Room. Black tie or formal attire is requested. The seating plan for the dinner tables will be placed on USHA's noticeboard by the entrance to the Ocean Room.  
 
Tea and coffee will be served in the Cumberland conference suite. Please refer to your programme for the time and location of the breaks.
 
Facilities

The Cumberland Hotel Conference suite is located on the lower ground floor of the hotel. There are stairs or a lift to the suite from the front of the lobby. Please refer to the programme for details of the rooms being used by USHA.

Exhibitors

The conference exhibitors will be in the following rooms:
Green Room 7 from 11.30 on Monday 28th April 
Ocean Suite from 08:00 on Tuesday 29th April
Blue Room 2 from 08:00
